We had such an amazing celebration this morning at Pt. England School with the grand opening of our brand new bike track! Some pretty amazing organisations worked very hard to help raise the funds to have a very cool bike track installed around our back field, and donate two containers full of bikes and helmets for our students to use.
We had a very cool school assembly this morning in front of the bike containers, and we were able to hear from people from the donating organisations. Then, a group of students were invited to put on helmets, hop onto bikes and, after the big red ribbon was cut, ride around the track while everyone cheered.
The students of the Pavilion are so excited to try out our new bikes and bike track! We just want to say thank you to everyone who helped to make it happen in our community!
